Diaspora Ambicion is a global digital platform dedicated to empowering and supporting Afro-Latina women in navigating their academic, professional, and cultural journeys. Founded by Viclenia Polanco, an Afro-Latina college student, student media leader, and publishing poet, our platform addresses the unique barriers Afro-Latina women face, including underrepresentation, workplace discrimination, and limited access to mentorship and resources. Through curated content, practical guidance, and community engagement, we provide tools, strategies, and inspiration to help women embrace their identity unapologetically while achieving career, educational, and personal goals.
